At ClearCare Virtual Telehealth, we are committed to providing transparent and fair policies regarding payments and refunds for our virtual consultation services.
1. Cancellation by Patient
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund unless extenuating circumstances apply.
2. Cancellation by Provider
If ClearCare Virtual Telehealth cancels your appointment, you will receive a full refund for the consultation fee.
3. Missed Appointments (No-Show)
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not cancel in advance, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
4. Technical Issues
If a consultation is interrupted or cannot be completed due to technical difficulties on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at inffo@clearcare.telehealthpractices.com within 7 days of your appointment. Please include your appointment details and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not available for services already rendered, completed consultations, or for any promotional offers, packages, or bundles unless specifically stated otherwise.
